South Austin Hotel - Austin, Texas

South Congress - Austin, TexasThe South Congress Hotel is a boutique hotel being developed in partnership with Crystal Lake Capital, LLC and Capital Sports Entertainment, LLC. It will be built on an empty lot at 1603 South Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas. The project will be constructed as a three-story above grade building atop two levels of subterranean parking. The plan includes 82 total guest rooms, including 11 suites. A total of seven food and beverage outlets (four restaurants and three bars) are located within the Project. There are a total of three retail outlets planned. Parking will be provided by 225+ spaces built below grade. Crystal Lake Capital will provide operations management after the hotel is built.

Hotel Ella - Austin, Texas

Hotel Ella - Austin, TexasOriginally The Mansion at Judge’s Hill, Hotel Ella, was acquired in 2012 by partnering with a small number of strategic shareholders. Crystal Lake Capital managed the acquisition, financing and investment process. Stuart McManus had the vision to renovate and rebrand this historic hotel. The goal was to modernize and enhance the property by hiring architech Michael Hsu (Uchi, La Condesa, Zach Theatre) for the renovation, with Donna Stockton-Hicks designing the rooms. Crystal Lake Capital brought in a new general manager and continues to oversee the operations of the hotel.

Hotel Le Toiny - Saint Barthelemy

Le Toiny HotelHotel Le Toiny is a tropical paradise overlooking the Caribbean Sea on the hills of St. Barth. Comprised of 15 colonial style villa suites in the heart of a 17 hectare palm grove bordered by Toiny beach, this St. Barth Hotel was designed to be an intimate refuge where guests can relax in privacy. The property includes Restaurant Le Gaiac which is widely regarded as one of the finest restaurants in the Caribbean.

Crystal Lake Capital partnered with a small number of strategic shareholders to acquire this Caribbean luxury hotel 2006. The property features 30 acres of undeveloped land. Crystal Lake Capital managed the acquisition, financing and investment process. In addition, Crystal Lake Capital has managed the development process of a number of important amenities for the hotel which have both strengthened the financial performance of the property and materially added to the asset value. Crystal Lake Capital continues to oversee the operations of the hotel and look for other opportunities to enhance this property.
